Reflection 02/02/24

 Today in first period we took a mid book quiz. We also worked on our mini project. Today I feel tired but I’m excited for the weekend.

 Today in class we discussed the importance of being respectful and disrespectful to other cultures. For instance we talked about how being respectful to another’s culture is important and we even gave examples. Another topic was we talked about was Condoleezza Rice and her accomplishments like being the first African American Secretary of State. My over all feeling today is pretty good, I’m happy and energetic today.

Reflection 01/26/24

 Today in first period we discussed different literary circle roles. For instance some people asked questions to spark a discussion about how we relate to the story. Others provided a personal connection with the book. What I liked about this lesson was that reading two pages at a time and discussing helped me better understand what was happening. Today I’m feeling very good, I am a bit worried about what my manager at work will talk to me about.
